Gestion d’entreprise · WMS and Warehouse

Du camion à quai à la commande sur la route, avec l’opérateur guidé emplacement par emplacement

The binned warehouse stops being just balance by location and becomes an operation: receiving appointments, blind counts, putaway tasks, picking in travel-path sequence with FEFO, picking-face replenishment, cycle counting by ABC class and a handheld app with an offline queue. The balance still has a single owner, and every completed task becomes a traceable stock movement.

O problema e a saída

As dores que WMS and Warehouse resolve todos os dias

Se alguma dessas situações parece familiar, é porque elas se repetem em quase toda empresa de formatura, até o sistema certo entrar em cena.

A dor

The receiver checks against the invoice and types what is written there, not what actually arrived.

Com o Partiu Formatura

Blind count on the handheld: the expected quantity only appears after counting. Any discrepancy becomes a receiving exception for Purchasing to handle, instead of a silent stock adjustment.

A dor

Whoever puts the goods away drops them wherever there is space, and whoever picks later cannot find them.

Com o Partiu Formatura

Putaway task with a bin suggested by rule and confirmation by scanning both the bin and the item. Without the scan, the task does not close.

A dor

Picking zigzags across the whole warehouse and still grabs the wrong lot.

Com o Partiu Formatura

Allocation picks the nearest expiry and the list comes out in warehouse travel-path order. The operator walks a straight line and takes the right lot.

A dor

The picking face runs dry in the middle of the wave and picking stops.

Com o Partiu Formatura

Minimum and maximum per picking face generate a replenishment task from the reserve area, both ahead of the wave and whenever the minimum is crossed.

A dor

The full physical inventory shuts the operation down for a whole day and accuracy still does not improve.

Com o Partiu Formatura

Cycle counting by ABC class, with blind counts, automatic recounts above tolerance and adjustments that only go through with approval. Accuracy becomes a tracked metric.

Na prática

Exemplos reais de como WMS and Warehouse trabalha por você

Situações do dia a dia de empresas de formatura, do problema ao resultado, usando os módulos que você vê nesta página.

01

Invitations arriving from the print shop

O cenário

The truck arrives with the invitation order for four different classes.

Com o sistema

The receipt already has a dock appointment. The receiver counts on the handheld without seeing the expected quantity, the system compares against the purchase order and the invoice, and generates putaway tasks with suggested bins.

O resultado

Any discrepancy shows up on the spot, with photo and owner, and the material is received into bins.

02

A picking wave for store orders

O cenário

Fifty store orders close on the same day, with products that carry lot and expiry control.

Com o sistema

The Shipping wave generates picking tasks by bin, honoring FEFO and holds. The packing bench checks what was picked and packs it.

O resultado

Less walking, no expired lot shipped and productivity measured per operator.

03

Cycle counting without stopping the warehouse

O cenário

The company needs accuracy to close the books without counting everything in a single day.

Com o sistema

The ABC class sets the frequency, and the system opens daily cycle counts. A discrepancy above tolerance goes to recount, and the adjustment waits for approval.

O resultado

Accuracy measured all year round and a close with no full shutdown.

Tudo o que existe em WMS and Warehouse

Structure and Bin Locations

The warehouse modeled as it really is, from the site down to the bin.

  • Five levels: site, zone, aisle, rack level and bin, with the code assembled from the path
  • Capacity per address in weight, volume and pallets, with temperature range
  • Picking face or reserve bin, with or without mixing products and lots
  • Travel sequence per bin, which sets the picking order
  • Restrictions per bin and holds with a reason

Receiving and Dock

From the appointment to goods placed in bins.

  • Registered docks and receiving appointments by supplier and time window
  • Blind count: the expected quantity only appears after counting
  • Comparison against the purchase order and the invoice through Purchasing receiving
  • A discrepancy becomes a receiving exception, not a stock adjustment
  • Automatic generation of putaway tasks when the receipt is posted

Guided Tasks

The operator is told what to do, in sequence, and confirms by scanning.

  • Six task types with priority, operator, status and duration
  • Confirmation by scanning the bin and the item, not by typing
  • A task taken by one operator does not show up for another
  • An idempotency key per task: resending the offline queue does not duplicate the stock movement
  • Every completion becomes a stock movement through the module's single path

Picking, Packing and Shipping

The Shipping wave turning into work on the warehouse floor.

  • The wave generates picking tasks by bin in travel-path order
  • Allocation by nearest expiry, honoring holds and quarantine
  • Partial picks recorded, with shortages flagged on the spot
  • Bench check with a scanner and packing with suggested carton size
  • Manifest, label and tracking stay in Shipping, with no parallel records

Replenishment and Cross-docking

The picking face never runs dry and what is meant to ship never gets put away.

  • Minimum, maximum and multiple per picking face
  • Replenishment task generated ahead of the wave and whenever the minimum is crossed
  • Cross-docking from receiving straight to the outbound dock when there is an open order
  • Replenishment prioritized above ordinary putaway

Physical Inventory and Accuracy

Count properly, correct with approval and measure the result.

  • Full and cycle counts by ABC class, zone, product or bin
  • Blind counting with automatic recount above tolerance
  • Adjustment only on approval, always as a movement with a justification
  • Accuracy by bin and by item, lines per hour and dock-to-stock time
  • Warehouse occupancy and held lots on the dashboard

Handheld on the Phone

The app the operator uses while walking the warehouse.

  • My tasks, receive, put away, pick, replenish and count
  • Bin and lot lookup by scanning the barcode
  • Offline queue in a local database: work done without a connection uploads later without duplicating
  • Barcode scanning for bin, product, lot and handling unit
  • Bin, lot and handling unit labels in ZPL and PDF
