Commencement ceremonies, religious services and class parties run on people who aren't paid: committee family members, graduates from other classes, church groups, students who need hours. Today that means group chats and spreadsheets. Here every volunteer has a role, shifts with no time conflicts, training before taking a post, QR attendance, logged communications and a certificate for the hours served.
