What will happen to cash, what strayed from the pattern and where the money went, read from what you already record

Financial Intelligence is a submenu of Finance that opens with real data on day one, because everything is derived from the installments, bills, classes, events, purchase orders and cost centers the company already has. The Executive BI shows six areas in cards that refresh on their own and open the rows behind each number. The Forecast projects revenue, cost, margin and cash from actual payment behavior, by company, class and event. Four detectors flag anomalies, allocation spreads cost across centers and targets become alerts in the bell and by email.

O problema e a saída

As dores que Financial Intelligence resolve todos os dias

Se alguma dessas situações parece familiar, é porque elas se repetem em quase toda empresa de formatura, até o sistema certo entrar em cena.

A dor

The business owner only finds out how the month went when finance closes the spreadsheet, weeks later.

Com o Partiu Formatura

Real-time cards for Revenue and Collections, Classes, Events, Purchasing, Expenses by Cost Center and Cash, with automatic comparison against the previous month and the same month last year.

A dor

The dashboard number does not match what the team feels, and nobody can prove where it came from.

Com o Partiu Formatura

Clicking the number opens the installments, bills or orders behind it, with filters and CSV export. Nothing is typed into the BI: everything is read from the source tables.

A dor

The revenue forecast adds up the receivables due and ignores that part of it is always late.

Com o Partiu Formatura

The forecast crosses the receivables with actual behavior over the last 6 months: how much is paid on time, how much within 30 days and how much later. The version can be frozen and its accuracy measured afterwards.

A dor

A supplier raised prices little by little and nobody noticed; a payment went out twice on a Saturday.

Com o Partiu Formatura

Detectors for out-of-pattern payments and suppliers above the median, with a treatment flow, justification and a ranking of accumulated overpricing. What stopped happening is resolved on its own.

A dor

The venue and band costs go into a single center, and each class's margin stays hidden.

Com o Partiu Formatura

Cost centers with hierarchy, generated per class, event and department, multiple centers per bill and allocation rules by percentage, number of graduates, class revenue or equal shares, with preview, apply and undo.

A dor

On what day does cash go negative if defaults rise two points? Nobody can answer on the spot.

Com o Partiu Formatura

Cash flow with forecast, actual and projected by day, 30 to 180 day horizons with minimum balance and capital need, saved scenarios, comparison of up to 3 scenarios and a default simulator with a slider.

Na prática

Exemplos reais de como Financial Intelligence trabalha por você

Situações do dia a dia de empresas de formatura, do problema ao resultado, usando os módulos que você vê nesta página.

01

The class that was not going to hit the target

O cenário

A class of 120 graduates had a collection target for the semester and the manager only looked at the total received.

Com o sistema

The class forecast showed the remaining receivables, the curve expected from payment behavior and the "will it hit?" answer with the light on yellow. The alert arrived in the bell and by email.

O resultado

Collections started six weeks earlier than they would have, with the list of at-risk installments opened by drill-down and exported for the team.

02

The supplier above the median

O cenário

The events caterer charged a per-person price that rose with every contract, always a little.

Com o sistema

The above-median supplier detector flagged the anomaly. The buyer marked it as under review, wrote the justification and requested a new quote.

O resultado

The accumulated overpricing ranking became an argument in the renegotiation, and the anomaly resolved itself when prices returned to normal.

03

The allocation that gave back the real margin

O cenário

The venue rental and production crew were posted to a general center, and the margin per class looked bigger than it was.

Com o sistema

An allocation rule by number of graduates, applied to the events category and effective from the semester, spread the cost across each class's centers. The preview showed the result before applying.

O resultado

The Cost Center View started seeing the allocation, and the future margin per class could be compared with the actual margin of the previous 12 months.

Como funciona

O caminho que a informação faz em Financial Intelligence

Cada etapa é um módulo de verdade, e o que sai de uma entra na outra sem ninguém digitar de novo.

  1. 1The data is already thereInstallments, payables and receivables, classes, events, purchase orders and cost centers feed everything. There is no setup or data entry to get started.
  2. 2The Executive BI opens with the monthSix areas in cards refreshed every 60 seconds, comparison with the previous month and last year, target with the pace needed and a strip of open alerts.
  3. 3The forecast projects the futureRevenue from actual payment behavior, cost from future bills and approved orders, future margin, forecast per class and per event and month-by-month cash projection.
  4. 4The detectors flag what strayedOut-of-pattern payments, suppliers above the median, events over budget and classes losing collections become anomalies with a treatment flow and justification.
  5. 5Allocation spreads the costRules by percentage, graduates, revenue or equal shares, with an effective period, run through the pipeline with preview, apply and undo. The hierarchy consolidates bottom-up.
  6. 6Targets become alertsThirteen indicators with targets by scope. Whatever goes off track shows in the bell and arrives by email. The 06:30 daily routine recalculates everything.

Módulo por módulo

Tudo o que existe em Financial Intelligence

6 módulos e 40 recursos nesta página, o mesmo cadastro de turma, formando e evento sustentando todos eles.

Executive BI

Six areas of the business in cards that refresh on their own and open the rows behind the number.

  • Six areas on one screen: Revenue and Collections, Classes, Events, Purchasing and Suppliers, Expenses by Cost Center and Cash
  • Real-time cards, refreshed on their own every 60 seconds
  • Automatic comparison with the previous month and the same month last year
  • Target overlaid on actuals, with the pace needed to reach it and the reading "closes the month at R$ X"
  • Drill-down: clicking the number opens the installments, bills or orders behind it, with filters and CSV export
  • Strip with open alerts at the top of the dashboard
  • Everything derived from tables that already exist: opens with real data, no setup and no data entry

Forecast and Planning

Revenue, cost, margin and cash projected from actual payment behavior, by company, class and event.

  • Revenue forecast from receivables due crossed with actual behavior over the last 6 months: how much is paid on time, within 30 days and later
  • Cost forecast from future bills, approved orders and recurrence by category
  • Future margin compared with the actual margin of the last 12 months
  • Forecast per class: remaining receivables, expected curve, class target, the "will it hit?" answer and a health index with traffic light
  • Forecast per event: ticket sales pace against expected cost and budget
  • Month-by-month cash projection
  • Freeze a version of the forecast and measure its accuracy later, against what happened
  • FP&A plan line overlaid when the Financial Planning module exists

Anomaly Detection

Four detectors with parameters per company flag what strayed from the pattern and respect the decision of whoever handled it.

  • Out-of-pattern payment: amount above the category or supplier history, paid on a weekend, paid early without discount, possible duplicate or installment settled with a different amount than billed
  • Supplier priced above the median
  • Event going over budget
  • Class with falling collections or above-average delays
  • Each detector's parameters adjusted per company
  • Treatment flow: new, under review, resolved, ignored or false positive, always with justification
  • The pipeline respects the human decision and resolves on its own any anomaly that stopped occurring
  • Supplier ranking by accumulated overpricing

Advanced Cost Centers

Hierarchy, multiple centers per bill and automatic allocation, without touching the existing records.

  • Center hierarchy with bottom-up consolidation, without changing the current records
  • Generate centers per class, event and department without duplicating what already exists
  • Multiple cost centers on the same bill
  • Allocation rules by percentage, number of graduates, class revenue or equal shares
  • Rule applied by category, supplier, source center, description or minimum amount, with an effective period
  • Automatic allocation through the pipeline, with preview, apply and undo
  • The existing Cost Center View now sees the allocation

Advanced Cash Flow

Forecast, actual and projected by day, with saved scenarios and a default simulator.

  • Forecast, actual and projected by day
  • 30, 60, 90 and 180 day horizons with minimum balance, the day cash goes negative and capital need
  • Saved scenarios: default rate, average delay, expense cut, extra revenue and expense, postpone a category and recover overdue
  • Comparison of up to 3 scenarios on the same chart
  • Default simulator with a slider that recalculates instantly

Targets, Alerts and Settings

Target per indicator and scope, alert in the bell and by email, separate permissions and a daily routine.

  • Targets for 13 indicators, scoped by company, class, cost center or event
  • Alerts in the dashboard bell and by email
  • Five separate permissions: view, targets, alerts, allocation and configure
  • Daily routine at 06:30 that recalculates forecasts, anomalies and alerts
  • Eight screens inside Finance, no new module to purchase
