About us

Turning graduations into digital experiences

We started with the real frustration of organizing a graduation using spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and manual processes. We set out to solve it with technology, empathy, and attention to every detail.

What sets us apart

Why Partiu?

We spent years working alongside graduation companies before writing the first line of code. The platform grew out of what we saw firsthand, rather than a business plan.

Six areas change the daily work of graduation organizers. In the video, you can see them all working together within the platform.

One ecosystem, not just an app

33 optional modules and 24 apps working together: ERP, CRM, finance, studio management, galleries, ticketing, streaming, and social features. One payment settles an installment, issues a service invoice, triggers a WhatsApp notification, and appears in the graduate's app, without a third-party bridge.

Live graduations for those who cannot attend

Stream the event with live chat, polls, and audience reactions. Families can watch on a phone, browser, Apple TV, or Android TV, and the recording remains in the graduating class's archive.

200+ automations working around the clock

Payment collection and overdue follow-ups, service and product invoices, bank reconciliation, CRM, tax and accounting tasks, backups, and facial recognition run automatically. The system keeps working while you rest.

AI facial recognition

Photos are organized automatically by person. Each graduate opens the app and sees their own photos first, without searching through thousands of images.

No commission on your revenue

We take no percentage of installments, tickets, or sales: your company keeps 100% of its revenue. You pay only for the modules you use, with a fixed monthly subscription, unlimited graduating classes, and no minimum commitment.

8 payment gateways and 15 integrated banks

Stripe, Mercado Pago, PagSeguro, Cielo, Stone, Rede, Asaas, and PayPal, plus PIX and bank slips through your own bank: Inter, Itaú, Banco do Brasil, Bradesco, Santander, Caixa, Sicredi, Sicoob, and others. Funds go straight to your account.

Purpose

What drives us

Three pillars guide every decision, every line of code, and every interaction with our customers.

What we believe

Principles that guide our work

01

Technology should serve people, not the other way around

Every feature starts with a question: how does it improve life for graduates, committees, or studios? If it makes no tangible difference, we do not build it. Simplicity is a feature.

02

Transparency builds trust

Clear prices, without fine print. If something goes wrong, we tell customers before they notice. If a feature does not exist, we say so instead of promising what we cannot deliver.

03

Feedback is our most valuable input

Our roadmap follows what customers ask for, not just what we think looks good. Every bug report, suggestion, and complaint helps us improve.

04

Security is essential

We handle financial and personal data for thousands of people. We take that seriously with encryption, two-factor authentication, compliance with Brazil's LGPD, daily backups, and regular audits. This is how we operate.

05

Growing together is better than growing alone

Our modular model reflects our belief that every graduating class is different. You should not pay for something you do not use or go without something you need. The platform grows with you.

06

Graduation is about people, not the platform

What matters most is that graduates, families, and friends share an unforgettable moment. When our technology fades into the background and everything works, we have done our job.

Our story

From firsthand industry experience came a solution

For years, we worked closely with graduation companies, providing technology services and learning how the industry operates. We saw the daily work of studios, committees, and organizers and the same problems everywhere: endless spreadsheets, manual collection over WhatsApp, photos lost on USB drives, counterfeit paper tickets, and fragmented communication that stressed everyone.

The market simply lacked a complete platform. Available solutions were fragmented: one app for photos, another for payments, another for communication. None understood the full graduation journey. They were also static systems with infrequent updates that failed to keep up with the needs of people working in the industry every day.

Partiu Formatura grew out of that experience. We decided to build the platform the industry needed: complete, flexible, and constantly evolving. We started with one graduating class and a lean prototype. It already worked better than the available alternatives. We quickly realized the challenge was universal: every company, committee, and studio faced it. Today, hundreds of graduation companies use the platform to create memorable, well-organized celebrations.

We're still building. Every day we release improvements, new features, and updates because a graduation platform should evolve as fast as the industry. We shape our roadmap with the people who use it: graduates, committees, and graduation companies.

An honest look at who we are

We're a growing startup

We're not a large technology company with thousands of employees. We're a committed team that moves quickly and stays close to customers while learning and improving every day.

We listen more than we talk

Our roadmap is shaped by real customer feedback. If a feature is not available yet, it means we have not reached it not that we do not care. Tell us what is missing.

We make mistakes and learn quickly

We have had production bugs, missed deadlines, and communicated poorly. We correct issues quickly, inform customers, and improve our processes to help prevent them from happening again.

Your data belongs to you

We comply with Brazil's LGPD. You can export your data at any time. If you cancel, it remains available to download for 90 days before deletion.

How we're organized

The Partiu team structure

A lean structure without unnecessary layers, made up of the teams that build and support the platform.

Fully remote teams

Our distributed teams work remotely and organize around delivery rather than clocking in.

Behind-the-scenes teams

These teams do not speak directly with customers or graduates. Your consultant or support team is always your point of contact.

Data center with an on-site team

Infrastructure is our only on-site function. It operates servers and storage in the data center with 24-hour coverage.

The software company behind the entire platform: product, engineering, infrastructure, and operations for Partiu Formatura and our other systems.

Supporting teams

Software Development

Builds the platform

Our largest team builds and maintains the ERP modules, portals, APIs, mobile and desktop apps, and integrations with banks, payment gateways, and municipalities. Every release goes through code review and testing before production.

Product and Architecture

Defines what to build and how

Turns operational feedback into decisions: prioritizes the roadmap, designs how modules work together, and defines data models and API contracts before coding begins. This prevents rework and patchwork solutions.

Infrastructure and Data Center

Keeps everything running

Operates servers and storage in the data center and cloud, including networking, virtualization, power, backups, and continuous monitoring.

Information Security

Protects your data

Encryption, access controls, audits, and LGPD compliance throughout the platform and our operations.

Automation and Artificial Intelligence

Makes the platform work automatically

The routines that run without anyone pressing a button: payment collection, tax processes, reconciliation, facial recognition, and media processing.

Design and Experience

Shapes the user experience

Designs screens, visual identity, and documentation so everything is easy to understand.

Operations Support

Receives and resolves requests

The entry point for customer requests: handles implementation, improvements, support, advanced data processing, and issues that require database investigation.

Legal and Administration

Handles contracts

Responsible for the company's legal work: contracts, contract templates generated by the platform, the rules of the Legal module, and internal administration and tax matters.

How work moves through the company

From a customer's request to a live release

No step goes through an approval layer unfamiliar with the problem. Each request moves through four teams and then returns to the person who raised it.

  1. Starts with the graduation company

The graduate speaks with their graduation company, whose team brings the request to our support team. Many issues are resolved there without joining a queue.

    Operations Support
  2. Becomes a roadmap item

Product reviews the request with the team that received it and prioritizes what solves the most problems for the most people.

    Product and Architecture
  3. Built and reviewed

Developers implement the change, design reviews the experience, and security checks the risks before release.

    Development
  4. Released and reported back

Infrastructure deploys to production under monitoring, and the company hears what changed.

    Infrastructure

What we learn from each release shapes the next cycle.

How to reach us

You can reach your consultant or support on WhatsApp. Both work directly with the teams shown above, without a call center or a chain of repeated messages. Explain the issue once: the person helping you takes it to the team that writes the code, maintains the infrastructure, or runs that module, follows it through, and replies in the same conversation.

Your consultant

The same person works with you from implementation onward and knows your contract, schedule, and graduating classes. Message them on WhatsApp about everyday questions, configuration changes, new ideas, or delivery dates. If another team is needed, your consultant brings the matter to Engineering, Product, or Operations and returns with an update. You do not need to open a ticket or find another number.

Support

For technical questions, platform errors, or anything urgent, contact support on WhatsApp. The team works closely with the people who maintain the system, so your case goes straight to the right team with the screenshot and time you provided. The answer comes back in the same conversation.
