The scenario

A class of 120 graduates had a collection target for the semester and the manager only looked at the total received.

The class forecast showed the remaining receivables, the curve expected from payment behavior and the "will it hit?" answer with the light on yellow. The alert arrived in the bell and by email.

The result

Collections started six weeks earlier than they would have, with the list of at-risk installments opened by drill-down and exported for the team.

The scenario

The events caterer charged a per-person price that rose with every contract, always a little.
