Pickup and return with photo proof
When picking up a vehicle, the driver records mileage, destination, and purpose, takes photos of the car’s condition, and notes any damage. On return, they enter the final mileage, location, and vehicle condition. Every trip is documented with before and after photos, so nobody argues about who caused what.
