Pix Automático: the graduate authorizes once and the installments pay themselves

The graduate, or whoever handles the payments, scans a QR Code in their banking app, reviews it and approves. From then on, each graduation installment is scheduled a few days before its due date and debited on the day, with no bank slip, no reminder and no copy-and-paste code. The company tracks who has authorized, what is scheduled, what came in and what the bank declined, all on the same Finance screen.

The problem and the fix

The problems Pix Automático solves every day

If any of these situations sounds familiar, it is because they happen in almost every graduation company, until the right system comes in.

The problem

Every month it is the same scramble: send the bank slip, send the PIX, remind whoever forgot and check who paid.

With Partiu Formatura

With Pix Automático, the payer authorizes once at their own bank and every following installment is debited on its due date. Anyone who signs up no longer needs a reminder.

The problem

The graduate wants to pay on time but forgets the date, and the installment goes late out of sheer distraction.

With Partiu Formatura

The debit is scheduled 3 to 10 days before the due date and the graduate gets an in-app notice when it is booked. On the day, the bank debits it without anyone having to remember.

The problem

The contract is in a parent's name, and the automatic billing tools on the market only work for the account holder on file.

With Partiu Formatura

During activation you can name another payer, with their name and CPF or CNPJ. They are the one who scans the QR Code and approves it at their own bank.

The problem

The graduate paid by bank slip and the automatic debit went through anyway: the money came in twice and nobody noticed.

With Partiu Formatura

Every debit that comes in is recorded. If the installment had already been paid another way, it shows as charged twice, with a warning at the top of the screen, so the team can review it and refund the payer.

The problem

The class renegotiated, and the new installments would mean asking every graduate for a fresh authorization.

With Partiu Formatura

With the no-end-date option, installments created later (renegotiations, Studio purchases) fall under the same authorization, without asking the payer for anything new.

In practice

Real examples of Pix Automático working for you

Everyday situations at graduation companies, from the problem to the result, using the modules on this page.

01

Monthly payments that no longer depend on reminders

The scenario

A company with classes on 18 to 24 installments spent a good part of every month resending bank slips and checking payment receipts on WhatsApp.

With the system

The team turned on Pix Automático, chose the receiving account, tested the connection with the bank and enabled the activation button in the graduate app. Everyone who signed up had each installment scheduled ahead of its due date.

The result

Graduates who authorized dropped out of the manual collection routine. The team now only follows what needs attention: declined debits, canceled authorizations and double charges.

02

A late graduate goes back on automatic debit with the same QR Code

The scenario

A graduate with an overdue installment wanted to catch up and put the next ones on autopilot.

With the system

Using the activation option that pays the overdue installment and authorizes the next ones (currently at BTG Pactual), a single QR Code paid the late installment and set up the authorization for the rest.

The result

One scan in the banking app took care of both the arrears and the future. No one-off bank slip and no second conversation.

03

The financial guardian approves at their own bank

The scenario

A graduate's contract was under her mother's CPF, and the mother pays every installment.

With the system

During activation, the team marked the contract as being in someone else's name, entered the mother's name and CPF and generated the authorization QR Code for her.

The result

The mother approved it in her banking app and her daughter's installments started being debited from the right account, with the record showing who the payer is.

How it works

How information flows through Pix Automático

Every step is a real module, and what comes out of one goes into the next without anyone typing it again.

  1. 1The company turns it onChooses the receiving account, sets the rules and tests the connection with the bank.
  2. 2The payer authorizesThe graduate activates it in the app, or the team generates the QR Code; the payer scans it in the banking app and approves.
  3. 3Installments are scheduledEach open installment is booked at the bank 3 to 10 days before its due date.
  4. 4The bank debitsOn the due date the amount leaves the payer's account; if funds are short, the bank retries when the rule allows.
  5. 5The installment is settledThe confirmed debit shows up on the dashboard and the graduate's installment is marked paid.
  6. 6Exceptions on screenDeclines, cancellations and double charges stay visible for the team to handle.

Module by module

Everything included in Pix Automático

7 modules and 37 features on this page, all running on the same class, graduate and event records.

Receiving account setup

The company chooses where the money lands and checks with the bank before turning it on.

  • A BTG Pactual account or one of the banks already registered under Bank Payments
  • Itaú, Banco do Brasil, Santander, Bradesco, Caixa, Sicoob, Sicredi, Inter, C6 Bank, BS2 and Safra through the Central Bank Pix standard
  • Its own branch, account and account type, or the ones from the bank's record
  • A Test connection button that checks with the bank whether the account is enabled for Pix Automático
  • Registration of the bank's automatic notification, so debits show up right away
  • The description shown at the payer's bank, such as "Graduation installments"

Billing rules

Frequency, lead time and what to do when funds are short, set once.

  • Monthly, weekly, quarterly, semiannual or annual frequency
  • Debit scheduled 3 to 10 days before the due date, as the bank requires
  • Insufficient funds on the day: retry up to 3 times over 7 days, or do not retry
  • Choice of which installment types are included, with the monthly payment as the default
  • A no-end-date option, so new installments come in without a new authorization
  • Rule changes apply to new authorizations and leave existing ones untouched

Activation by the graduate or by the team

The authorization QR Code comes out of the system and is approved in the banking app.

  • An activation button in the graduate app and portal, when the company enables it
  • Activation by the team: search by name, email or CPF and generate the QR Code
  • A different payer, with name and CPF or CNPJ, for contracts in a third party's name
  • Authorize only, with no charge right away, or pay the overdue installment and authorize the next ones
  • Graduates can cancel the automatic debit themselves in the app

Installment scheduling

Each open installment goes in one at a time, on the right schedule, with no duplicates.

  • Open installments scheduled a few days before each due date
  • The same installment is never scheduled twice, even with two routines running at once
  • A check with the bank every 30 minutes, so no missed notification leaves a debit behind
  • The bank is the source of truth: the status on screen is the one the bank reported
  • Existing authorizations keep being tracked even if the feature is turned off

Authorizations dashboard

Who signed up, what is scheduled and what came in, in numbers and in a list.

  • Active, awaiting the payer, scheduled installments and scheduled amount
  • Received in the last 30 days and debits declined in the same period
  • A list with graduate, payer, status, period, origin and creation date
  • Search by name, CPF or contract and filter by status: active, pending, canceled, declined, expired
  • An authorization record with a live check at the bank and cancellation
  • Read-only access for people who do not manage Finance

Double charges and refunds

Money that came in is never lost, not even when it comes in twice.

  • Every debit received is recorded, even on a charge the platform had canceled
  • An installment already paid another way becomes "Charged twice"
  • A prominent warning at the top of the screen while any double charge remains
  • A dedicated filter to review and refund the payer
  • Refunds are always decided by the team, never automatic

Notices to the graduate

The payer hears about every step, in plain language.

  • An in-app notice when the debit is activated, scheduled, declined or canceled
  • The notice opens straight to the graduate's invoices screen
  • Automation triggers to also send it by WhatsApp or email with the company's own wording
  • An ended authorization tells the payer to go back to bank slip or PIX
